Returns & Refunds Policy

2020 COVID-19 update.

Due to the current global pandemic the local ministry laws and requirements state that returns and exchanges of product can not take place due to precautionary safety reasons and the sanitization of items that have been tried on. 

We apologise for this inconvenience, and can not offer returns or refunds at this time.

We are absolutely positive that you will be completely in LOVE with your purchased products, however, Kardia accepts the return of items purchased through its website. 

Returns on our full priced products will only be accepted if the product is in its original packaging, unopened, unused and returned via courier within 30 days of your delivery. Sale items are non-refundable.  

Kardia reserves the right to limit or refuse the acceptance of return of products that show signs of use of wear.

Refund policy

If you are not happy with the item you have purchased we will refund you for your item. Just deliver it back to us in the same state and same packaging as we sent it to you. 

Processing Fee

For domestic orders, all returns will have a AED25 processing fee deducted from the refund amount to cover the cost of shipping. For international orders, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount. 

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale Items

Sale items are non-refundable

Shipping charges

The shipping charges on your first initial order are not refundable. Items for return must be shipped back to Kardia in Dubai, UAE at the customers expense. We recommend using tracked shipping methods as Kardia is not responsible for lost items.
